LET'S GO TO THE MOVIES!

I felt like drawing a lot of kids together, so I came up with this illustration with a bunch of kids watching movies! I wanted to practice character design, giving then different personalities, reactions, ages and colours! :)

FALL

Just finished this little Fall (♥) homage! Here it is the final illustration and a bit of the work in progress. It was fun trying to play with a palette that goes a bit out of my usual and trying to push the style to be more graphic and with simplified shapes. Hope you like it!

SNEAK PEEK - NEW BOOK

Recently I did a color test to see how the illustrations of the new book are coming up! Very happy with the result, can't wait to have it done! :D

NEW BOOK COMING UP!

Recently I started illustrating a new kids book, it's been fun cause each page brings a new character, so there is a lot of chances for creativity! Down here some of the characters I created so far. A Little Vampire, some Ballerinas, a gang of Pirates and little Witches! I'll keep posting what I can, hope you like! 

CLÉO E O MAPINGUARI

Just got a copy of CLÉO e o MAPINGUARI - THE FIRST BOOK WITH ILLUSTRATIONS BY ME! I couldn't be happier with the result and I really want to share this with everyone! FIND YOUR WHEELS!

Recently I got a scooter for me, and it is been my transportation to go to work everyday! All the way got much more interesting and I'm having a lot of fun with it. So much that I got inspired to start this mini series of animated illustrations called FIND YOUR WHEELS. I know sometimes is not easy to avoid other kinds of transport but would be nice if you could find yours too... :)

DESIGN FOR APP - CLICOT

Here it is an APP I've helped to develop called: A CANTORIA DO CLICOT. FAROFA STUDIOS asked me to help them develop this interactive scenarios, where kids could have fun by playing around with the the different worlds of this characters. 

So I started to think about the worlds and all the crazy things that could happen when the kids touch screen. After the rough and all the interactions planned was time to start designing, drawing and coloring each peace of this huge backgrounds full of secrets to be explored. After that, the sets were animated by Henrique Barone.

And also for a third world, I had the chance to develop the character of the sweet little doll CLARA.

LAYOUT FOR KIDS ALBUM - NO MAIOR PIQUE!

The brazilian singer Marco Aur just released his new Album called "No Maior Pique" and I had the chance to do illustrations and design for it. Was a very nice project, where I took his music as inspiration and translate it into some fun drawings using Watercolours. Here you can see the result of a colorful party and kids having fun with his music. 

And also some of the others options that didn't make to the Album but I like then enough to share! :)
